This spa and conference hotel lies right at the heart of the city close to the marina. It is just 100 m to the sea and 3 km to the sandy beach. Convenient public transport links are to be found within 50 m of the hotel.

The hotel was modernised in 2023. 340 non-smoking rooms and 21 junior suites are available to guests in a 5-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building.
